# Why am I not eligible to receive a month Pro for free from the referral program?

There are several possible reasons why you may not be eligible for a referral program prize, including:

- Your referee is using the same IP address as you.

- Both you and your referee are using the same device.

- You have registered with a disposable email address.

- You are using a VPN.

Please note that eligibility is determined by the program's terms and conditions. If you have any questions or believe there has been a mistake, please contact support for further assistance.
