As your Meshy workspace fills up with generations, it helps to know how to find what you made, pull multiple models out at once, and share a specific result with someone else. This guide covers your workspace history, bulk downloads, sharing, and what happens to assets when you delete them.

## Workspace History

Every model you generate is saved to your workspace history, where you can browse past generations, filter by type, and reopen any result to keep refining it.

## Bulk Download

Rather than downloading models one at a time, you can select multiple assets from your workspace and download them together, which is useful when you're exporting a whole batch for a project.

## Share URLs

Each model has a shareable link you can send to teammates or clients so they can view it without needing a Meshy account, without exposing your full workspace.

## Collections

You can group related assets together to keep a project's models organized, making it easier to find everything tied to a specific piece of work later on.

## Privacy

By default, assets you generate are private to your account unless you explicitly publish them to the Meshy Community or share a model link. Sharing a link makes that specific model viewable to anyone with the URL.

## Deletion

Deleting a model from your workspace removes it from your history. If you've shared a link to that model beforehand, treat the share as no longer reliable once the source asset is deleted.

## Support Info

If you're missing an asset you expect to see, or a shared link isn't working as expected, reach out to Meshy support with the model name or share link so the team can look into it.

## FAQ

### 1. Can I download more than one model at a time?

Yes, select multiple assets in your workspace and download them as a batch instead of one at a time.

### 2. Who can see a model I share a link to?

Anyone with the share link can view that specific model, even without a Meshy account. It isn't otherwise listed publicly unless you publish it to the Community.

### 3. What happens if I delete a model I already shared?

The model is removed from your workspace, and any links pointing to it should be treated as no longer valid.
