# How to Permanently Delete My Account and Remove All the Data

After logging in, navigate to the [Settings - Profile](https://www.meshy.ai/settings/profile) page by clicking the the **Avatar** in the upper right corner. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find the "Delete My Account" button. Click on it and complete the verification process.

The following pop-up will appear, where you will have to enter your email address again:

After entering your email address exactly as it is on file, click "Delete My Account" to complete the deletion process.

# Please note: deleting your Meshy account is a permanent, irreversible action.

All of your models, generation history, and associated data will be irrevocably erased. Take care to back up any necessary data before proceeding with this decision.

*Please note: Meshy Support is unable to delete accounts at your request, so be sure to do it in your UI as shown above. We are also unable to merge accounts.*
