# What type of credits are consumed first?

**There are two types of Meshy Credits:**

1. Monthly Credits – These reset every month.

2. Permanent Credits – These never expire and remain in your account until used.

You can view your current balance for both types on your [Account Subscription page](https://www.meshy.ai/settings/subscription), under the "Current plan" section.

**Credit Usage Order when creating tasks with Meshy:**

1. Free Monthly Credits

2. Monthly Subscription Credits

3. Permanent Credits (including any extra credits purchased or awarded by Meshy)
