# Can I use my generated assets for commercial projects?

Yes. Under our Terms of Use, if you are a paid customer, [you own the assets created through our platform](/en/articles/10137554-what-is-the-ownership-of-the-generated-models), provided that you have used materials that do not violate the copyrights of others in the process of creating your model.

If you are on a free plan, we grant you a [CC BY 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) license instead. We kindly ask that you credit Meshy for the tool's use in the description of your project.
