Some Meshy features include their own independent guardrails due to the third-party processes we use. These are not controlled by Meshy directly and may further restrict what can be generated.
When these additional guardrails are activating, you may get a completely unrelated 3D model output.
These often apply when using extra features such as:

Zombies with skeletal parts showing or organs
Visuals resembling blood/gore
Scantily clad characters in underwear
Sexually suggestive but not nude characters
Firearms or violence

Restrictions may vary depending on the combination of features used.
If your generation failed for an unexpected reason, try adjusting your prompt or disabling additional toggles like T-pose or multi-image input.
Failed generations will return wasted credits to you.
