FAQ

1.How to spot fake apps and scams

Scammers sometimes create fake websites, apps, or social media accounts that mimic Meshy to steal account credentials or payment information. Here is how to tell them apart.

  • Unofficial domain names — Meshy's only official domain is meshy.ai. Be wary of variations such as meshy.com, meshy.app, or meshy-ai.com.

  • Payments outside the official site — Meshy only processes payments on the official website. We never request payment via crypto wallets, gift cards, or direct bank transfer.

  • Unverified mobile apps — Any app claiming to be Meshy in an app store is unofficial. Meshy has no official standalone mobile app.

  • Too-good-to-be-true offers — Be suspicious of unlimited free credits, extreme discounts, or "exclusive" deals shared via direct message on social media.

  • Fake social media accounts — Scammers may impersonate Meshy on Twitter/X, Instagram, or Discord. Always verify the account handle and look for official verification.

  • Requests for your password or API key — Meshy staff will never ask for your password or API key.

2.What to do if you encounter a scam

  • Do not click suspicious links or provide any personal information

  • Report the fake site or account to the platform where you found it (App Store, Twitter/X, etc.)

  • Change your password immediately if you accidentally entered credentials on a fake site

  • Contact Meshy Support via the [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised
