No. If you didn't enter your tax ID when you paid, or entered it incorrectly, we're unable to modify the invoice, reissue it, or refund the tax. This applies to the EU, Türkiye, and Australia.
Why can't invoices be changed?
Tax on each invoice is calculated based on the information provided at the time of payment, and issued invoices can't be amended afterward. To avoid being charged tax, please make sure your tax ID is entered before you complete your payment.
What can I do now?
Add or update your tax ID in Settings > Billing > Manage billing details. It will apply from your next renewal invoice, so you don't need to cancel your subscription. Step-by-step instructions are in How Can I Add or Change My VAT ID?
Please note: These instructions apply to subscriptions paid through Stripe. If you subscribed through PayPal, a tax ID can’t be added to your renewal invoices. To subscribe with a tax ID, please cancel your current subscription and then subscribe again using Stripe, entering your tax ID at checkout.

FAQ
1. I forgot to enter my tax ID at checkout. Can you fix my invoice?
No. Invoices that have already been issued can't be changed, reissued, or refunded for tax. Add your tax ID in Settings so your next invoice is issued without tax.
2. I entered the wrong tax ID type. Can you correct it?
No, the same rule applies. Please update it in Settings before your next billing date.
3.Do I need to cancel and resubscribe to apply my tax ID?
No. It will apply automatically from your next invoice.
4.I'm an individual, not a business. Can I add a tax ID?
Tax ID exemption is for business purchases. If you're purchasing as an individual, tax is charged based on your billing location.
