How can I get a refund?

We generally don’t provide refunds, given the high operational costs associated with AI services powered by expensive GPUs.

However, exceptions may be made in certain circumstances. If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, please visit our refund request page to submit your application. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure to:

  • Log into your account using the email address associated with the payment.

  • Provide the invoice number from your transaction (which was emailed to you upon completion of the payment).

Our system will assess your request to determine eligibility for a refund at the time it is submitted.

Please keep in mind the following: you must email in from the email address on file with Meshy, that the charges/subscription is under. If you email in requesting a refund for an account that does not match the email you are emailing from, you must email in from the correct address that is on file with us, or provide the last 4 digits, expiration date, and charge date/amount on file (if you paid through Stripe). For any PayPal payments, the latter info cannot be used.
