In which situations am I eligible for a refund?

Please ensure you meet the following conditions for a refund:

  • Only subscription (monthly or annual) payments qualify for a refund; purchases of additional credits are non-refundable.

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 5 days of the transaction.

  • The total credits used during the subscription period must not exceed 100 credits.

  • This applies for both Pro and Studio plans.

If any of these conditions are not met, a refund will not be issued.

Keep in mind the following for your request:

You must email in from the email address on file with Meshy, that the charges/subscription is under. If you email in requesting a refund for an account that does not match the email you are emailing from, you must email in from the correct address that is on file with us, or provide the last 4 digits, expiration date, and charge date/amount on file (if you paid through Stripe). For any PayPal payments, the latter info cannot be used.
