You're eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
Your request is submitted within 5 days of the charge date
You've used fewer than 100 credits since the charge β note that credits used on image generation count toward this limit
You have not downloaded any models during the subscription period
The charge is for a Pro or Studio plan subscription β one-time credit top-ups and additional credit purchases are not eligible
Your subscription was not free, gifted, or the $1 referral plan
If any condition isn't met, we won't be able to process the refund.
How to request a refund
Visit the refund request page to submit your application β make sure you're logged into the account associated with the charge or subscription when doing so.
Alternatively, email [email protected] with your account email and charge details. To verify your identity and process your request, please email from the address associated with your Meshy subscription. We'll review and respond by email.
