In which situations am I eligible for a refund?

Please ensure you meet the following conditions for a refund:

  • Only subscription payments qualify for a refund; purchases of additional credits are non-refundable.

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 5 days of the transaction.

  • The total credits used during the subscription period must not exceed 100 credits.

If any of these conditions are not met, a refund will not be issued.
