If one generation fails, will my credits still be deducted?

No — if a generation fails due to a technical error, your credits are automatically refunded.

You can verify this in Settings → Subscription → App Usage History, where each generation is logged with its status and credit usage.

When credits are NOT refunded

Credits are only refunded for technical failures. If a generation completed successfully but the result didn't look the way you wanted, that counts as a successful run — no refund is issued.

In that case, we recommend using a free retry instead (see below).

If you're unhappy with a completed result, you can re-run the generation for free — no credits deducted:
