How to Organize, Find, Download, and Share Meshy Assets

As your Meshy workspace fills up with generations, it helps to know how to find what you made, pull multiple models out at once, and share a specific result with someone else. This guide covers your workspace history, bulk downloads, sharing, and what happens to assets when you delete them.

Every model you generate is saved to your workspace history, where you can browse past generations, filter by type, and reopen any result to keep refining it.

Rather than downloading models one at a time, you can select multiple assets from your workspace and download them together, which is useful when you're exporting a whole batch for a project.

Each model has a shareable link you can send to teammates or clients so they can view it without needing a Meshy account, without exposing your full workspace.

You can group related assets together to keep a project's models organized, making it easier to find everything tied to a specific piece of work later on.

By default, assets you generate are private to your account unless you explicitly publish them to the Meshy Community or share a model link. Sharing a link makes that specific model viewable to anyone with the URL.
