How to Cancel Your Meshy Subscription

Cancel anytime — access lasts to cycle end and your models stay. Steps, refund policy, and cheaper alternatives.

Steps to cancel the subscription

To cancel, go to Settings → Subscription. Under the "Current Plan" section, click the Cancel Plan button.

A confirmation dialog will appear and you'll be asked to share a reason for canceling, select the corresponding option to proceed.

Once you've completed the survey, you might get a retention coupon. If you click the "Accept Offer" button, your subscription will be cancelled, but you can use this discount coupon for your next billing cycle.

If you still don't want to accept the discount, you can click the "No thanks, just cancel anyway" button below to proceed with the cancellation flow.

When you select "No Thanks, Just Cancel Anyway", you enter the final confirmation step. Here, you can see what will happen if you cancel your subscription and decide whether to keep it. If you still want to proceed, you can click the "Cancel Cancellation" button.

Your cancellation is then confirmed, and your subscription will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period. At the same time, we will add a retention coupon to your account which will applies automatically if you resubscribe to a monthly plan within a year.

After canceling, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle — you won't be charged again after that.

Note: If you're on a monthly plan, canceling will reset your loyalty program streak.

What happens after canceling

  • Your models are safe — all models you generated while on a paid plan remain available for download, even after your subscription expires

  • You can resubscribe anytime — just go back to Settings → Subscription whenever you're ready

  • By canceling your subscription, you are terminating the automatic renewal of your billing cycle. This means you will still have access to your subscription features until the end of the active billing cycle. However, you will not be charged for any more renewals.

  • When your subscription expires, your credits will revert to the 100 credits per month as part of the free plan, and have the limited features inherent in that plan. Any unused credits from your previous subscription do not carry over, since those are only available while on the paid subscription.

FAQ

1.Why am I still being charged after canceling my subscription?

If you cancel on or very close to your renewal date, it's possible that the billing cycle has already been generated on our end before your cancellation takes effect. This is a timing gap in how the two systems sync, and unfortunately it isn't something we can prevent on our side.

For example, if your subscription renews on the 24th of each month and you cancel on May 24th, you may still be charged for that cycle (May 24th – June 24th) — because the renewal had already processed at the moment of cancellation.

To avoid this, we recommend canceling a day or two before your renewal date rather than on the exact day.If you were charged unexpectedly, contact [email protected] within 5 days of the charge, and we'll review your case for a refund.

2.Will I get a refund when I cancel my subscription?

No. Canceling your subscription ends the automatic renewal of your current billing cycle — it does not trigger a refund.

3.Why did I get a retention offer when canceling, but was still charged the full price?

If you cancel on the exact day your subscription renews, the retention coupon will typically apply starting from your next billing cycle — not the one that just started.

For example, if your subscription renews on the 5th of each month and you cancel on July 5th, the charge on July 5th will still be at the regular price, since that billing cycle has already begun. The retention discount will instead apply starting August 5th.
