How to Check When Your Subscription Renews or Ends

Find your subscription's renewal or end date in Settings-Subscription, and learn what happens to your plan and credits on that date.

Table of contents

Your subscription's renewal or end date is shown in Settings-Subscription. Here's where to find it and what happens to your plan and credits on that date.

Check your billing date

  1. Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner and open Settings.

  2. Go to the Subscription tab.

  3. Under Current plan, look below your plan name. The date shown there is your next renewal date — or, if you've canceled, the date your paid plan ends (for example, "Your plan ends on Jan 14, 2027").

You can also check your upcoming charge under Settings → Billing → Overview → Next Bill.

Check when your monthly credits reset

Monthly credits reset on your billing date each month, which may differ from your plan's end date on an annual plan. On the Subscription tab, hover over the info icon next to your credit balance to see your exact reset date and days remaining.

What happens on your end date

If you've canceled your subscription, your plan stays active until the end date. After that:

  • Your account moves to the Free plan.

  • Unused monthly credits from your paid plan are cleared.

  • You receive the Free plan's monthly credits (100 credits per month).

  • Permanent credits — purchased packs and rewards — stay in your account.

FAQ

1. I canceled by mistake. Can I keep my subscription?

Yes. Before the end date, go to Settings → Subscription and click Resume next to your current plan. Your subscription will continue to renew as before.

2. Why does my renewal date differ from the date I first subscribed?

Upgrading starts a new billing cycle, so your renewal date moves to the date of your upgrade.

3. I was charged after canceling. Why?

If you cancel on or very close to your renewal date, the next billing cycle may already have started. See Why Was I Still Charged After Canceling My Subscription.
