Why Was I Still Charged After Canceling My Subscription?

Learn why you may still see a charge after canceling your Meshy subscription, and how to request a refund if needed.

Overview

If you canceled your Meshy subscription but still received a charge, there are two likely explanations.

1. The Cancellation Was Not Successfully Processed

Your subscription may not have been fully canceled. If you follow the instructions in the article to cancel your subscription, you should eventually land on a screen that looks like this screenshot.

To confirm, you can also log into your account and go to Settings → Subscription to check the cancellation status. If the cancellation is not reflected there, please contact [email protected] and our team will assist you.

2. The Charge Coincided with Your Billing Date

Meshy subscriptions renew on a fixed billing date each month. If you canceled on or very close to your billing date, the system may have already triggered the charge for the upcoming billing period before the cancellation took effect.

For example, if your billing date is the 10th of each month and you submitted a cancellation on August 10th, you may still be charged for the August 10th – September 10th period.

What to Do

If you believe you were incorrectly charged after canceling, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of the charge. Our team will review your case and assist with a refund and subscription cancellation where applicable.
