Overview
Click the Avatar in the upper right corner, go to Settings → Profile
In the Email section, click Change Email
Enter the new email address you'd like to use
A confirmation email will be sent to both your old and new addresses — click the confirmation link in both emails to complete the change at your best convenience.
FAQ
1.My old email is inaccessible and I can't receive the confirmation link — what should I do?
If your old email has been compromised or locked and you can no longer access it, contact [email protected]. Our support team can send a one-time login password so you can regain access to your account. If you would like to change the password, please refer to how to reset my password.
2.I have a student discount. After graduating, can I change my student email to a personal email and keep the discount?
No. The student discount is for current students only and cannot be retained or transferred after graduation.
3.Can I merge assets from multiple accounts into one account?
This is not supported. Assets cannot be transferred or merged between Meshy accounts.
4. Can I change my email if I signed in with Google?
No problem — you can still change your email using the same steps above. After submitting, you'll receive confirmation emails at both your old and new addresses. You can also set a password for your account at any time in Settings → Profile.
5. Can I change to an email already registered to another account?
Each email address can only be linked to one Meshy account. If the email you want to use is already associated with another account, you'll need to remove it from that account first before using it here.
6. What should I do if I didn't receive the confirmation email?
Check your spam/junk folder
Make sure both addresses are correct before retrying
Contact [email protected] if the issue persists
