If the amount charged to your account doesn't match the price shown on our pricing page, one of the following reasons likely explains the difference.
Reason 1: Taxes (VAT / GST / Sales Tax)
Prices displayed on the Meshy pricing page are shown before tax. Depending on your country, applicable taxes such as VAT, GST, or local sales tax will be added at checkout.
You can see the full breakdown — including the base price and tax amount — on your invoice, which is sent to your email after every payment.
Reason 2: Currency Conversion
Our pricing is listed in USD. If your card is denominated in a different currency, your bank or card issuer will convert the charge at their current exchange rate, which may differ from what is shown on our site.
The final amount in your local currency depends on your bank's exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees they apply. Meshy does not control or receive the difference.
Reason 3: Promo Code Not Applied (PayPal)
If you paid via PayPal, discount codes and promotional offers cannot be applied. This means the price charged is the full list price — not the discounted price shown on the pricing page.
To use a promo code, switch to a credit or debit card at checkout.
Reason 4: Plan Price Change
Occasionally, subscription prices are updated. If your plan renewed at a new price, you should have received an advance notice email from Meshy. Check your inbox — including your spam folder — for any pricing update notifications.
If your charge doesn't match any of the above reasons, please contact us at [email protected] with your invoice number and we'll investigate.
FAQ
1. Where can I find my invoice to check the charge breakdown?
A receipt is sent to your registered email address after every payment. It includes the base price, tax, and total charge. You can also access it via the download link in your payment confirmation email. See Will I Receive a Receipt After Making a Payment?
2. I think I was charged twice for the same period — is that a bug?
First, check whether you have two separate Meshy accounts (e.g., one created with Google and one with email/password). Duplicate charges on the same account are rare but possible — if you're sure this happened, please contact [email protected] with screenshots of both charge confirmations and we'll resolve it immediately.
3. I received a promo offer but was charged the full price — can I get a refund for the difference?
If a valid promo code wasn't applied at checkout due to a technical issue, please contact [email protected] before your next billing cycle and we'll look into it.
