When will my credits reset?

Learn when Meshy monthly credits reset, what happens to unused credits, and how to check your next reset date.

Quick answer: Paid plan monthly credits reset on the same calendar date each month as your subscription start or most recent upgrade. Free plan credits reset on the 1st of every month at 00:00 UTC. Permanent credits (purchased or earned as rewards) never reset.

How to check your next reset date

  1. Find the Monthly Credits section under your current plan.

  2. Hover over the info icon (tooltip) next to your credit balance — it shows your exact reset date and days remaining.

What happens when your credits reset

  • Monthly credits are topped up to your plan's maximum — not added on top of your current balance.

  • Unused monthly credits do not roll over. They reset back to the plan limit (Free: 100, Pro: 1,000, Studio: 4,000 per seat).

  • Only the credits needed to reach the plan maximum are added. For example, if you have 400 credits left on a 1,000-credit Pro plan, only 600 credits are added at reset.

  • Permanent credits are not affected. Credits you purchased or earned as rewards never expire and carry over regardless of your reset cycle.

Frequently asked questions

I received fewer credits than expected — why?
Monthly credits top up to the plan maximum from your current balance. If you had 600 credits left on a 1,000-credit plan, only 400 credits are added. See Why do my monthly credits not give me the full amount that you advertise?

Do purchased or earned credits reset too?
No. Permanent credits (purchased packs or rewards like loyalty bonuses) never expire and are not affected by the monthly reset.

What happens to my reset date if I upgrade my plan?
Upgrading starts a new billing cycle. Your reset date changes to the date of your upgrade.

What if I cancel — do my credits disappear right away?
Monthly credits remain available until your current billing period ends. After that they are removed. Permanent credits stay in your account after cancellation.
