How to Check Your Next Reset Date
Go to Settings → Subscription.
Find the Monthly Credits section under your current plan.
Hover over the info icon next to your credit balance — it shows your exact reset date and days remaining.
What Happens When Your Credits Reset
Monthly credits are topped up to your plan's monthly allowance — not added on top of your current balance. You can find each plan's allowance on our pricing page.
Unused monthly credits do not roll over. They reset back to your plan's allowance.
Only the credits needed to reach the allowance are added. If you have some credits left at reset, you receive just the difference.
Permanent credits are not affected. Credits you purchased or earned as rewards never expire and carry over regardless of your reset cycle.

1. I received fewer credits than expected — why?

2. Do purchased or earned credits reset too?
No. Permanent credits (purchased packs or rewards like loyalty bonuses) never expire and are not affected by the monthly reset.
3. What happens to my reset date if I upgrade my plan?
Upgrading starts a new billing cycle. Your reset date changes to the date of your upgrade.
4. What if I cancel — do my credits disappear right away?
