Overview
The monthly credits for your plan will reset to the specified limit on the day of your subscription each month. Each plan has the following monthly credit allowances: Free (100), Pro (1,000), Premium (3,000), Ultra (10,000), and Studio (4,000 per seat).
For instance, if you subscribed to the Pro plan on October 5th and used 260 credits in the following month, your monthly credits balance would be replenished to 1,000 credits on November 5th, meaning you'll receive an additional 260 credits to reach the limit.

1.I received fewer credits than expected — why?
Monthly credits top up to the plan maximum from your current balance. If you had 600 credits left on a 1,000-credit plan, only 400 credits are added. See Why do my monthly credits not give me the full amount that you advertise?
