1. How do my credits work?
Meshy operates on a credit-based system. Each time you generate a 3D model, apply a texture, or use other features, a certain number of credits is consumed. Your subscription plan determines how many credits you receive each month.

2. Do unused credits carry over?
Plan credits reset monthly and do not roll over, unless you purchase one of our credit packs to get extra credits.

3. Can I download models with a free account?
Free users can download up to 10 models per month generated by Meshy 5 AI models. Meshy 6 models can be generated but not downloaded on a Free plan, unless you previously generated those models on a paid plan. A paid plan is required to download Meshy 6 models.

4. What is the difference between Pro, Premium, and Ultra?
All three are individual plans with the same core features — API access, unlimited downloads, commercial rights, and more. The main difference is the number of monthly credits: Pro includes 1,000, Premium includes 3,000, and Ultra includes 10,000. Choose the tier that matches your expected monthly output.

5. Do new users get a discount on individual plans?
Yes! New subscribers on Pro, Premium, or Ultra receive 50% off their first month. This offer applies to individual paid plans only and is available to first-time Meshy subscribers. We also have some time-limited promotion, you can check the latest information here

6. Can I upgrade from Pro to Studio as a single individual user?
No. Studio is a team plan that requires a minimum of 2 seats. Individual users cannot directly upgrade a personal account from Pro to Studio ever since June 16,2026. If you need team collaboration features, you will need to create a team workspace and subscribe with at least 2 seats. For solo use, upgrading from Pro to Premium or Ultra is the right fit.

7.How do I use the Creative Lab shipping coupon?
Premium and Ultra users receive two $15 shipping discount coupons as part of their subscription benefits. These coupon codes will be sent directly to your account email address.
