Overview
The Studio Plan is Meshy's team plan — designed for small studios and collaborative teams who want a shared workspace. It includes team management features and a shared credit pool that all members draw from together.
How Credits Work
Credits on the Studio Plan are shared across your entire team — not allocated per individual. Every seat you add increases the total credit pool for everyone.

When you add a seat, you're paying for two things: team member access and the additional credits that seat brings into the shared pool.

⚠️ Important: Your base Studio Plan subscription is your first seat — it does not include any additional members. Each team member you invite requires a separate seat purchase at the per-seat price above. For example, a team of 3 means 3 seats purchased: your base plan + 2 additional seat charges.
How to Add Team Members
Go to Settings in your Meshy workspace
Navigate to the Team tab
Click Invite Member and enter their email address
Once they accept the invite, a new seat is automatically added to your subscription
💡 Note: The seat charge is applied when the invite is accepted — not when it's sent.
How to Manage Seats
From Settings → Team, you can:
View all active team members
See pending invitations
Remove members from your team
Removing a member will reduce your seat count and credit pool at the next billing cycle.
Studio Plan vs. Enterprise Plan
Both plans offer a shared team workspace with a shared credit pool, but they serve different needs:

Frequently Asked Questions
Does each user get their own separate credit balance?
No. All credits are shared across the team. Everyone draws from the same pool.
What happens if we run out of credits?
You can purchase additional credits or wait for your monthly reset.

Yes. Seats can be added at any time and are billed on a prorated basis.
Is there an EDU version of the Studio Plan?
Yes. The EDU Studio Plan is designed for academic teams and institutions. It includes the same shared workspace and credit pool features as the standard Studio Plan, offered at a discounted rate for eligible users.
