1. Do monthly credits roll over to the next month?
No, the 250 monthly credits are non-cumulative. If you don't use all your credits in a given month, the unused balance will not carry over to the following month. Each month resets to a maximum of 250 credits.
2. Can I upgrade from the Starter plan to Pro or Premium?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. If you need more credits, simply visit meshy.ai/pricing and select the plan you'd like to switch to. When you upgrade, we'll credit the value of any remaining Starter credits and prorate your monthly subscription fee toward your new plan.
