1. How do my credits work?
Meshy operates on a credit-based system. Each time you generate a 3D model, apply a texture, or use other features, a certain number of credits is consumed. Your subscription plan determines how many credits you receive each month. For more detail, you can refer to this article.
2. Do unused credits carry over?
Plan credits reset monthly and do not roll over, unless you purchase one of our credit packs to get extra credits.
3. What is the difference between Pro, Premium, and Ultra?
All three are individual plans with the same core features — API access, unlimited downloads, commercial rights, and more. The main difference is the number of monthly credits.
Higher tiers also come with a lower cost per credit, which means a lower cost per generated model — so if you expect to generate frequently, a higher tier can be more cost-effective overall. Choose the tier that matches your expected monthly output.
4. Do new users get a discount on individual plans?
Yes! New subscribers on Pro, Premium, or Ultra receive 50% off their first month. This offer applies to individual paid plans only and is available to first-time Meshy subscribers. We also have some time-limited promotion, you can check the latest information here
5.How do I use the Creative Lab shipping coupon?
