How to Claim Your Daily Credits
Open or refresh the Meshy web app in your browser. A reward popup will appear if you have a new day's credits ready to collect.
Start a generation task. This triggers the daily credit to land in your account.
That's it — credits are added to your Permanent Credits balance immediately.
Important: Credits are tied to your browser session. If you leave Meshy open in a tab without refreshing, the system treats it as the same session and won't automatically trigger a new claim. Always refresh the page at the start of a new day to make sure your reward is recognized.

FAQ
1.Do I need to log in every day in a row?
No. Consecutive logins are not required. You can claim Day 1 today and Day 2 a week later — your progress is saved within the 30-day cycle. The only requirement is that you open Meshy on a new calendar day and run a generation.
2.Why didn't I receive my daily credits today?
The most common cause is an open browser session from the previous day. The system uses a per-session lock to prevent duplicate claims, so a tab left open overnight won't automatically detect a new day. Try the following:
Close all Meshy browser tabs.
Open a fresh tab and go to meshy.ai.
Run a generation task to trigger the claim.
3.The reward popup disappeared and my credits didn't update. What do I do?
If you accidentally clicked outside the reward popup and dismissed it, the claim won't complete automatically. Simply refresh the page — the popup will reappear and you can claim your credits normally.
4.Does upgrading or changing my plan affect the reward cycle?
No. Upgrading, downgrading, or canceling your plan does not reset or interrupt an active reward cycle. Credits claimed before and after a plan change all count toward your 5-day total.
5.How long does my 30-day cycle last?
Your 30-day cycle starts from the day you claim Day 1. You have until the end of that window to collect all 5 reward days. After 30 days, the cycle ends and any unclaimed reward days are no longer available.
6.Where can I see my earned credits?
Go to Settings → Subscription to view your Permanent Credits balance. Credits from the Daily Login program appear there immediately after each claim.
