This Loyalty Program is designed to reward users for their continuous subscription. Here are the key details:
Eligibility: You must be on the Pro Monthly or Studio Monthly plan.
How it Works: As long as your subscription renews on time, you earn extra permanent credits each month. The credits increase based on the length of your active subscription streak.
The Streak: If your plan is canceled or renewal fails, your streak resets, and you start over from month one.
Earning Period: You receive bonus credits with each renewal, with the tiered bonuses capping at the 7th month.

1.Why haven't I received my loyalty points despite having a continuous subscription?
Loyalty points are currently only awarded to users who pay via Stripe. If you're paying through PayPal, we can't link your transaction to your subscription history, so points can't be issued.To receive loyalty points, we would suggest that you can switch to Stripe for your renewal.
