Why the Upgrade Button is Missing?

If you can't find the Upgrade button on your subscription page, the most common reason is that your current subscription was paid through PayPal/Alipay.

Meshy uses Stripe's billing portal to handle plan changes. Because PayPal subscriptions are managed directly by PayPal — not by Stripe — the upgrade and downgrade buttons are hidden when your active subscription was created via PayPal. This is expected behavior, not a bug.

To switch plans, you'll need to contact us at [email protected] to cancel your current PayPal subscription immediately, then go to to pricing page to re-subscribe using a credit or debit card via Stripe. Please make sure you've used up your credits before canceling, as any remaining credits will be deducted once the subscription is canceled.

Note: Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be applied to PayPal payments. Switching to a card payment allows you to use any available promo codes.
