I paid but my account still shows Free — what do I do?

Troubleshooting steps if your Meshy account still shows Free after a successful payment.

Updated today

After a successful payment, your account upgrade usually takes effect within a few seconds. If your account still shows Free after paying, don't worry — this is almost always easy to fix. Follow the steps below.

Step 1: Check your email confirmation

Look for a payment confirmation email from Meshy or Stripe. If you received it, the charge went through successfully on our end.

No email? Check your spam or junk folder. Also verify that the email address on your payment method matches your Meshy account.

Step 2: Wait a few minutes and refresh

Account upgrades typically sync within 1–2 minutes after payment, but occasionally take up to 5 minutes. Try:

  1. Wait 2–5 minutes

  2. Hard-refresh the page: Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac)

  3. Check your plan status at Settings → Subscription

Step 3: Log out and log back in

A session refresh often resolves a stale account state:

  1. Click your profile icon → Log Out

  2. Log back in to your Meshy account

  3. Check your subscription status on the Settings → Subscription page

Step 4: Make sure you're logged into the right account

This is the most common cause. Many users have two accounts — for example, one created with Google and one with an email/password — and paid on one but are browsing with the other.

Double-check that the email shown in your Account Settings matches the email on your payment confirmation.

Step 5: Contact support

If none of the above steps resolve it, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] and we'll fix it manually. To speed things up, include:

  • The email address on your Meshy account

  • A screenshot of your payment confirmation or Stripe receipt

  • The approximate date and time of your payment

No one gets left on Free after a successful payment — we'll make it right. ✅
